At Blue Ridge Soap Co., we want you to love your handcrafted soap as much as we love making it. Because our products are small-batch, handmade, and for personal care use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order:

• Arrives damaged or defective

• Contains the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with your order number and a photo of the issue.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

• Used or opened soap bars cannot be returned.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

At Blue Ridge Soap Co., every bar is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and care. Because of this, please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95 on all U.S. orders under $50

• Free Shipping: Orders $50+ ship free within the U.S.

• Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location.

🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. (International shipping coming soon!)

🧼 Warm Weather Shipping

During hot months, we take extra care in packaging to prevent melting. We recommend bringing your package inside promptly after delivery.

📩 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once packages are in the hands of the carrier, Blue Ridge Soap Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
